I was given a mobile phone number which I tracked it to the Edmonton / Sherwood Park area, and we corresponded by text message several times leading up to the point I sent the money.

If you are able to PM me the IP address and registration email I would appreciate that; I would like to give the cops as much info as possible. The address she gave me was bogus, but I was given a name which is possibly legit, so I would like to see if the name matches the email address.

I was interested in buying these but got the 'scammer vibe' and stayed away.

I looked under the the Alberta srt-4 club website since in PM correspondence, the scammer said she/he was from Edmonton.

In this attached thread, a guy named redsrt4 says " ben buy his coilovers.. "
The last post also says 'him'.

However, in the coilover pic, the person has black nail polish on.

The parts were from an old scammers car. The red flags were there but we thought anyone locally would meet with the person anyways. That paypal account was created just weeks ago. I hope you guys can get the money back.

I think someone got scammed out of their money.

If any of you guys know this person and can confirm any personal details, please PM me. She has also scammed a couple of people on neons.org / 2gn.org. Also has another thread going on nwsrt4.com, posing as a guy.

My head hurts; the web of lies grows thicker. Alberta SRT crew have provided some interesing information. Haven't gone to to cops yet; it's taking longer than I expected to organize all the background info.

Looks like a well known veteran scammer is behind this, and it's a dude with the nickname Jen. I've got what I believe to be his real name and either current or past place of employment. Apparently several Alberta guys have met him face-to-face, and one guy took a look at the same coilovers/rims that are for sale in this thread.

I have uncovered many of stories of this guy ripping off locals. What I don't understand is why he always seems to elude his victims - has he never been busted?

Unbelievable. This guy thinks he's gotten away. Anyway, I paid a visit to 23 Division today and gave my info to the police. The officers suggested my next step should be to head over to the courthouse to file papers; looks like civil litigation may eventually be invoved to recover my money. Planning to get this done in the next couple of days.

hey everyone, i was awaiting my confirmation so i could post but i have been watching this thread for a while now. I ALMOST got taken by this scam too. I had sent an e mail to this "jenny" and recieved a text from her almost instantly. She told me she could ship things for the price of the boxes where she worked. I felt a little nervous about it from day one, but after a google search of the Jenny Rozak name it all seemed to be legit. I found her on facebook so i felt like this was on the up and up. I sent her $400 for the rims via pay pal that night. She told me the post office was closed and she would ship them first thing. So....first thing in the morning i had an e mail from pay pal saying Jenny Rozak had sent me a full refund. ????? I text her and she said that because pay pal was going to hold it 7 or 8 days she sent it back. She said she needed to fix her car asap and wanted to know if i could direct deposit it into her account to make the transaction faster. I told her i was not going to do it because i didnt know her or if i was even going to ever see the rims. After her trying repeatedly to get me to put it in her account, ahe asked me to pay pal it again and she would wait for it. I told her i was going to pass.....the next morning i saw all the posts on her about the scam....PHEW!!!! I talked to Pay pal to find out why my money was taking almost 2 weeks to be deposited into my bank account (stupid paypal) and i mentioned the scam to the guy...he said there was a lock on the account because it had suspicious activity. wow...ANYWAYS....LOL....i thought i would add my run in with this scam. SORRY FOR THE LONG POST!!! TTYL

im not sure why but, i registered a few weeks ago...got the first initial email but then never got the second. I registered again a few days back and got it right away. Anyways, no big deal....im on now!

Sorry to hear about your situation.. On the side note, I found it is ironic that this culprit is even too dumb to get a scam right.
